The VA Augusta Health Care System is seeking an experienced Psychiatrist Medical Director to provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of our Mental Health Service in Augusta, Georgia.

Position Highlights:
- Executive-level clinical leadership and strategic planning.
- Supervise and mentor psychiatrists, clinical leaders, and advanced practice providers.
- Oversee psychiatric programs, quality improvement, and clinical operations.
- Promote physician engagement, professional development, and work-life balance.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
