Job Description

Laureate Psychiatry Clinic and Hospital, apart of Saint Francis Health System, is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice within a well-established and expanding program that emphasizes advanced technology, multidisciplinary collaboration, and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Reason for Search: (Program growth)

• Laureate is the primary psychiatric treatment location for the Saint Francis Health System, the largest health system in Oklahoma. Treat patients within a fully comprehensive and integrated health system, which shares one electronic health record for all locations. Have easy access to referrals to physicians of other specialties, through the Warren Clinic, for patients in need of such services.
  
• Frequent opportunities for collaboration and referral of patients to clinical trials, via the co-location of Laureate Clinic and the NIMH-funded Laureate Institute for Brain Research (“LIBR”).
  
• Saint Francis South Hospital is newly expanded with about 200 beds located in South Tulsa
• Saint Francis currently provides on site consult liaison services at our Yale campus with telehealth options to our other campuses. With the expansion of our South campus we are wanting to add a psychiatrist to assist with management of patients requiring psychiatric care in the acute care medical setting.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (Must become board certified within 2 years of completion
  
• The evaluation and management of mental disorders occurring in adult patients, particularly mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, trauma and related disorders, and obsessive compulsive and related disorders
• Completion of an Adult Psychiatry Residency

• Monday- Friday
• Onsite at Saint Francis Hospital South, virtual telehealth for Saint Francis Muskogee, Vinita, Glenpool and Bristow
