We’re hiring a Psychiatrist in Mobile, Alabama, who wants excellent earning potential, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a growing behavioral health program.

You'll join an established outpatient clinical team providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. You'll collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and a psychiatric nurse practitioner while helping patients access compassionate, relationship-driven mental healthcare.

What makes you a great fit
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• MD or DO eligible for Alabama medical licensure
• DEA registration and appropriate prescribing credentials
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
• Willing to provide psychiatric NP collaboration and supervision
• Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to accessible mental healthcare
• New graduates and experienced psychiatrists welcome
• Bilingual or bicultural experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary target of $300,000+, negotiable
• Productivity incentive opportunities

• NHSC Student Loan Repayment: up to $75,000 for a two-year service commitment, subject to eligibility and award approval
