Job Responsibilities
Conduct consultations in person, by telephone, or through virtual platforms, as appropriate.
Provide clinical supervision, staff education, and case discussions.
Oversee treatment plans within the outpatient behavioral health program.
Review clinical assessments and provide feedback and guidance to clinicians.
Participate in outpatient treatment team meetings and management discussions, either in person or remotely.
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
Ensure compliance with program regulations, clinical procedures, and documentation requirements.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to applicable ethical and professional standards.
Submit invoices for services when required under the contract.
Qualifications
Qualifications and ability to provide psychiatric care to patients of all ages.
Active DEA registration.
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
Ability to travel between service locations, including Huntingdon, Roaring Spring, Yeagertown, and St. Marys, as required.
Willingness to provide telepsychiatry services at additional locations when needed.
Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearances and certifications:
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History clearance
Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance
FBI Criminal History clearance
Mandated Reporter training/certification
