Remote Psychiatrist Opening in TX

Flexibility: Full/part-Time opportunities with remote options
Pay: $190.00 - $210.00 per hour
Overview
Clinical Leadership & Supervision
Oversee onboarding and training of new clinical staff (policies, procedures, compliance)
Conduct weekly meetings and ongoing engagement with the clinical team
Implement and manage peer review processes and continuing education for clinicians
Provide direct patient care as needed (waitlist support, emergency coverage, provider absences)
Review clinical applicant files and support recruitment processes
Write and update clinical policies and procedures
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assess mental health diagnoses
Develop personalized treatment plans (including medication management and therapy coordination)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes
Refer patients when appropriate
