Psychologist Opportunity
* Located in Toledo, OH - Detroit 60m
* Full-time, permanent position
Position Overview
* Full-time Psychologist opportunity
* 40-hour work week
* Provide diagnostic assessments, psychological testing and evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy
* Provide clinical supervision as appropriate
* Work with a variety of patient populations in a community-based behavioral health setting
Qualifications
* PhD or PsyD in Psychology required
* Current Ohio Psychologist license required
* Experience completing psychological testing and evaluations required
* Supervisory experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license required
* Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word
* CPR/First Aid certification required within 90 days of employment
* NCI/CPI certification required within 90 days of employment
Practice Highlights
* Administer, score, and interpret psychological testing
* Testing includes intellectual functioning, adaptive functioning, and behavioral assessments
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches
* Prepare psychological evaluation reports, progress notes, and other clinical documentation
* Provide crisis intervention as needed
* Collaborate with schools, community agencies, healthcare professionals, and other organizations
* Supervise Psychology Assistants when applicable and within licensure requirements
* Multidisciplinary services include counseling, medication management, Primary Care, psychological testing, case management, substance use treatment, residential services, and vocational programs
* Clinical environment includes more than 350 clinical staff serving over 24,000 clients annually
