Psychiatrist – Full-Time Opportunity | Columbus, Ohio | Focus on Patient Care

Make a Difference in Behavioral Health Without Medical Director Responsibilities

An established behavioral health facility in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate and clinically driven Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join its multidisciplinary team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist who enjoys direct patient care, thoughtful treatment planning, and helping patients achieve clinical stability in an established behavioral health setting.

The facility currently serves approximately 70 patients, with capacity for 80, and also offers a small Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) onsite.

If you are looking for a clinical psychiatry role where you can focus on patient care and collaborate with an experienced treatment team—without the added responsibilities of a Medical Director position—we encourage you to explore this opportunity.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Clinical focus: Concentrate on psychiatric care rather than administrative leadership.
  • Established patient population: Join a facility serving approximately 70 patients.
  • Inpatient and PHP services: Contribute to psychiatric care across assigned services.
  • Collaborative environment: Work alongside nursing, therapy, case management, and other clinical professionals.
  • Meaningful patient impact: Help patients through psychiatric evaluation, medication management, stabilization, and ongoing treatment.
  • Full-time opportunity: Become part of an established behavioral health team in Columbus, Ohio.
