Position Overview
As a full-time Psychiatrist, you will manage outpatient medication and conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily adults, but with opportunities to treat children and adolescents if desired. The practice operates two conveniently located facilities, providing a seamless experience for both providers and patients. You will collaborate with a dedicated team using the intuitive ABS electronic medical record system, ensuring smooth and efficient care delivery.
Position Highlights
- Flexible scheduling between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM
- Minimal on-call responsibilities (approximately three weekdays per month and one weekend every two months)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $300,000–$350,000 (up to $400,000 for child-trained psychiatrists)
- Long-term earning potential: $600,000–$900,000 annually, based on performance
