Coverage: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
EMR: MediTech
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient & Telehealth
Schedule:
- Outpatient Adult Psychiatry: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No scheduled patients during lunch
- Average 7–14 outpatient visits/day
- Weekend on-call coverage approximately 1 week every 6–7 weeks
- Weekend call: Friday 5:00 PM–Monday 8:00 AM
- Available by phone 24/7 during call
- Daily inpatient rounds during weekend call
Inpatient Coverage:
- Acute Behavioral Health Stabilization Unit
- Average daily census: 12 across units
- Weekend psychiatrist evaluates/accepts new admissions and rounds on current inpatients
- Admissions required
Call:
- Beeper
- 30-minute response time
- Approximately 2 phone consults/call
- Approximately 12 patients seen
- Approximately 2 admissions
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Fellowship preferred
- Montana medical license or IMLC
- BLS
- Hospital privileges required

- Personality, eating, developmental, psychotic and organic disorders
