Take advantage of an exclusive locum tenens opportunity for an Adult Psychiatrist in Binghamton, New York. This inpatient travel assignment offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, diverse adult psychiatric cases, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care across inpatient units.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage medication and prescribe psychotropic medications.
• Conduct case reviews, treatment team meetings, and patient admissions.
• Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies.
• Manage approximately 20 patients and complete required clinical documentation.
Qualifications
• Active New York Medical License.
• DEA required to start.
• BLS required.
• Must successfully complete the credentialing and privileging process.
• Willingness to cover all inpatient units if participating in on-call coverage.
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Additional Physician On-Call (POC) hours may be available, up to 40 hours/week.
• Full in-person orientation required.
