*Full-time Adult Psychiatrist position with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
*$316,000+ starting salary for new graduates, plus RVU-based productivity incentives
*16-bed inpatient psychiatric unit with a typical census of 10–12 patients
*Collaborative team environment with a second psychiatrist providing inpatient coverage
*Approximately 4 weekend call rotations per year, including rounding and telephone call
*Comprehensive role focused on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, stabilization, and treatment planning
