Pay rate: $170- $180/hr. on W2
Duration: At least 6 months (with potential for permanent hire)
Hours: Part-time, 16–20 hours per week (Day shift, flexible core hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)
Start Date: TBD, upon completion of credentialing

• Conduct patient exams, write evaluations, and prepare detailed reports.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Manage patient medications and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Make referrals for specialized care or treatment.
• Perform duties in accordance with the professional scope of practice, facility policies, procedures, protocols, and correctional healthcare standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement meetings and activities, including peer reviews.
• Engage in collaborative agreements, as needed.
• Meet with approximately 12–16 patients per 8-hour shift, maintaining a total caseload of 75–100 patients.
• Certification: Board-eligible or board-certified Psychiatrist, active DEA certification, and healthcare-professional level CPR certification.
• Licensure: Active Ohio medical license.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.

Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with intra- and interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for behavioral health patients utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards and electronic health record systems.• Conduct patient exams, write evaluations, and prepare detailed reports.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Manage patient medications and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Make referrals for specialized care or treatment.
• Perform duties in accordance with the professional scope of practice, facility policies, procedures, protocols, and correctional healthcare standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Degree: Doctoral Degree (Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine).• Certification: Board-eligible or board-certified Psychiatrist, active DEA certification, and healthcare-professional level CPR certification.
• Licensure: Active Ohio medical license.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
