Psychiatry Opportunity Location: Tulsa, OK Position Highlights • Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatrist • Combined inpatient and outpatient position with a specialty focus on eating disorders • Join an established, multidisciplinary psychiatric program • Opportunity to provide care for adolescent girls and adult women with eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions • Work in a small, not-for-profit treatment program focused on individualized, patient-centered care • Fully accredited by The Joint Commission Eating Disorder Program • Full continuum of care, including: o Acute hospitalization o Residential care o Partial hospitalization o Transitional living o Outpatient services • Separate treatment tracks for adolescents and adults • Program accommodates up to 19 adult women and 16 adolescent girls • Highly individualized treatment within an intimate patient community Expertise in treating co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions, including: o Diabetes o Bipolar disorder o Obsessive-compulsive disorder o Post-traumatic stress disorder o Depression o Anxiety • Intensive psychotherapy- and relationship-based treatment • Approximately 40 hours of therapist-led group, individual, and family therapy each week • Multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and nurses • Entire treatment team meets for one hour every weekday to discuss each patient’s care • Continuity of care with the same physician, therapist, and dietitian throughout acute, residential, and partial levels of care • Welcomes patients of all cultural and religious backgrounds Schedule • Monday–Friday • Flexible schedule ranging from 34–40 hours per week • Combined inpatient and outpatient responsibilities • Specialty focus on eating disorders Compensation & Benefits • Competitive 2-year income guarantee base salary • Achievable wRVU thresholds • $30,000 sign-on bonus • Up to $20,000 relocation reimbursement • $4,400 annually toward Continuing Medical Education expenses • Employer-paid Oklahoma medical license, DEA, and OBNDD • 25 days of paid time off plus 7 holidays during the guarantee period • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility through a qualifying not-for-profit system • Immigration support from an experienced immigration attorney, if needed Technology & Support • EPIC electronic medical record • Advanced AI technology capabilities through Dragon DAX Copilot • Multidisciplinary clinical support • Established outpatient clinic with physicians, APPs, patient service representatives, and medication assistants • Administrative support with scheduling, paperwork, and prescription refills Program & Facility Expansion • Established psychiatric program offering a full spectrum of psychiatric services • Research and educational opportunities for the general public and professional community Facility expansion plans include: o 15 additional adult general psychiatry beds o 15 additional geriatric psychiatry beds o 15 additional adult eating disorder/OCD beds o 6 additional adolescent eating disorder beds • Expansion will bring total capacity to 60 general adult psychiatry beds and 45 geriatric psychiatry beds Location • Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma • Opportunity to serve a diverse patient population through a comprehensive psychiatric and eating disorder program
