A behavioral health organization is seeking a Psychiatric Medical Director to provide psychiatric care, clinical leadership, and oversight for behavioral health services.
This flexible role begins with approximately one onsite day per week, with remaining Medical Director duties handled virtually. The position may expand into a full-time leadership role as additional programs are developed.

A behavioral health organization is seeking a Psychiatric Medical Director to provide psychiatric care, clinical leadership, and oversight for behavioral health services.
This flexible role begins with approximately one onsite day per week, with remaining Medical Director duties handled virtually. The position may expand into a full-time leadership role as additional programs are developed.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.
- Serve as Medical Director for behavioral health services.
- Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other APPs.
- Provide clinical oversight, treatment protocols, and quality standards.

Support treatment planning and complex psychiatric cases.
- Ensure clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Psychiatric experience in behavioral health, addiction, residential, PHP, IOP, or similar settings preferred.
- Medical Director, leadership, and APP supervision experience preferred.
