Job description
A leading community-based behavioral health organization serving the Hudson Valley is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrists and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join its growing multidisciplinary team. This organization provides comprehensive behavioral health and developmental services to children, adolescents, and adults across multiple outpatient locations throughout the region.

Available Locations
Providers may have the opportunity to practice in one or more of the following locations:
- Kingston, NY
- Poughkeepsie, NY
- Newburgh, NY
- Middletown, NY
- Goshen, NY
Position Highlights
- Outpatient Psychiatry practice
- Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
- Open to 30-hour schedules
- Four-day workweek options available
- No call responsibilities
- No weekends
- No evening or overnight coverage
- Collaborative multidisciplinary care model
- Hybrid/remote flexibility may be available after onboarding and establishment within the practice
Patient Population
Providers may work with:
- Children and adolescents
- Adults
- Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Patients with behavioral health conditions
- Individuals requiring psychiatric evaluation and medication management
Clinical Support
Providers are supported by an experienced team that includes:
- Medical Assistants
- Clinical Engagement Therapists
- Behavioral Health Support Staff
- Outreach teams that assist with engagement of difficult-to-reach patients
This team-based approach allows psychiatrists to focus on clinical care while benefiting from comprehensive support services.
