Locum Psychiatrist needed in Central Texas!
- Facility: Inpatient psychiatric hospital
- 6- month assignment
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8a-5p (40 hour week)
- no call or weekends
- 24 patient average caseload
Job Responsibilities
Work with dually diagnosed adult patients, mental health, in a residential section, not outpatient clinic.
Abide with agency attendance and leave policy and abide by the rules, regulations, and policies of HHSC and Facility and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsible for evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, risk assessment, and monitoring patients' progress toward potential discharge/release. (Average 1-2 admissions and discharges per month)
