Psychiatrists for flexible weekend inpatient rounding opportunities at hospitals in the Birmingham, Alabama area.

Flexible Scheduling • One weekend per month or more available • PRN opportunities available • W2 or 1099 options • Supplemental income with minimal commitment • Established inpatient programs and clinical support teams • Adult psychiatry patient populations

Job Responsibilities
Weekend rounding with Mid-Level Providers
Med Floor and ED consults
Limited number of admits and discharges
Sign all notes from mid-levels
Night call
Qualifications
Board Certified in Psychiatry
Active Alabama medical license or ability to obtain one
DEA registration or eligibility
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Working Hours
