In-Person Psychiatrist openings in Southern California

Alliance for Wellness is a physician-founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving Southern California since 2010. We are currently seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrists for three urgent openings across Southern California.

Urgent Opening #1 – Outpatient Psychiatry | Victorville, CA

Hybrid Schedule | $350K+ | 1099

• Outpatient psychiatry opportunity based in Victorville / High Desert (San Bernardino County)

• Monday–Friday plus at least 1 weekend per month

• Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per week in person for initial evaluations and NP oversight

• Remaining days may be provided via telehealth

• Additional outpatient opportunities with nearby partner clinics in Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, Victorville, and Apple Valley

• Starting compensation: $350,000 annually, negotiable

• 1099 Independent Contractor

• Spanish-speaking psychiatrist preferred

• Paid occurrence-based malpractice coverage

Urgent Opening #2 – Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) | Escondido, CA

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $350K–$385K | Sign-on Bonus

• Full-time psychiatric coverage of a Crisis Stabilization Unit

• Located in Escondido, San Diego County

• Monday–Friday plus at least 1 weekend per month

• Approximately 20 patients per day

• In-person psychiatric rounding with multidisciplinary clinical support

• Compensation: $350,000–$385,000 annually

• Sign-on bonus available

• 1099 Independent Contractor preferred; W2 employment available

• California medical license or ability to obtain

• Start: ASAP

• Paid occurrence-based malpractice coverage

• W2 benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401(k)

Urgent Opening #3 – Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) | San Diego, CA

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $385K–$400K | Sign-on Bonus

• Full-time coverage dedicated to the Behavioral Health Unit (BHU)

• Located in San Diego

• Monday–Friday plus at least 1 weekend per month

• Approximately 20 patients per day

• In-person psychiatric rounding with multidisciplinary clinical support

• Compensation: $385,000–$400,000 annually

• Sign-on bonus available

• 1099 Independent Contractor preferred; W2 employment available

• Active California medical license required

• Start: ASAP

• Paid occurrence-based malpractice coverage

• W2 benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401(k)

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

• California medical license or ability to obtain, depending on the position

• Comfortable working collaboratively with Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, and other members of the clinical team
