Contract Details
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm
- 24 patient average caseload
- Average 1-2 admissions and discharges per month
- Physician court paperwork responsibility and associated testimony
- QI project involvement, to include quarterly Quality System Overview QSO chart reviews
- Medical staff meetings and opportunities to collaborate with staff nurse practitioners.
Requirements:
- The applicant must be a Licensed Physician in the State of Texas.
- Provide direct patient care, psychiatric assessments and treatment, face-to-face evaluations, and respond to all emergency calls and restraints.
- Work with dually diagnosed adult patients, mental health, in a residential section, not outpatient clinic.
- Active US Dept of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Certification
