Type: Part-Time / Contract
Hours: 16–24 hours/week; 8-hour daytime shifts
Schedule: Flexible, typically 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Call: No on-call
Duration: 6+ months, potential permanent hire
Responsibilities
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and treatment.
• Manage medications and treatment plans.
• Order/interpret diagnostic testing and make referrals.
• Document care in the EHR.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff.
• Follow ODRC and ACA standards.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
Requirements
• MD/DO with Psychiatry specialization.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active Ohio Medical License.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Board certification and DEA registration required.
• Correctional experience preferred.

Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible, Ohio-licensed Psychiatrist to provide on-site psychiatric care to adult male incarcerated patients.Responsibilities
