This behavioral health hospital is a 72-bed facility that is part of a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier. The hospital features three 24-bed units dedicated to providing compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients in the community.Opportunity:
PsychiatristJob Details:
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide compassionate care to patients in a 24-bed adult unit
- Monday through Friday schedule with minimal call required
- Treat patients experiencing a broad range of mental health illnesses including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and personality disorders
- Manage mental health concerns accompanied by substance abuse
- Utilize Cerner EMR system for patient documentation and care management
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment as a valued member of the care team
