Outpatient community mental health setting
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Integrated care model alongside primary care and behavioral health providers

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
Collaborate closely with primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and other multidisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards
Apply sound clinical judgment in both routine and complex patient situations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational best practices
Foster strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families
Qualifications
Required
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
Eligible for or active Pennsylvania medical license
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), community mental health center, or integrated care setting
Commitment to caring for underserved and diverse patient populations
Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
