Psychiatrist – Crisis Receiving Center

We're hiring a Psychiatrist who wants to help launch a brand-new Crisis Receiving Center while providing life-changing psychiatric care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

You'll step into a behavioral health leadership role providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and clinical oversight for adults experiencing behavioral health emergencies. You'll work alongside crisis clinicians, nursing staff, and community partners while helping shape and grow a new crisis program.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO)
• You have at least 2 years of psychiatric experience
• You enjoy caring for adults in crisis settings
• You value teamwork, leadership, and patient-centered care
• Crisis or dual diagnosis experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: Starting at $325,000+
• Sign-on bonus available
• Student loan repayment: Up to $100,000
• Health insurance: Employer pays 80%
