Job description

Job description A well-established, women-focused outpatient psychiatric practice in Central New Jersey is seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatrist to join its collaborative clinical team.

This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry in a thoughtful, relationship-centered environment designed around quality care rather than high patient volume. The practice prioritizes longer appointments, comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment planning, and meaningful physician-patient relationships.

The psychiatrist will provide outpatient psychiatric care for adult women experiencing conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related disorders, and mental health concerns related to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, infertility, motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, relationships, and major life transitions.

The practice combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment with integrative and lifestyle-informed approaches while recognizing the connection between mental health, physical health, hormones, trauma, and life experiences.

Approximately 24 hours per week
Competitive compensation of Salary annually
Flexible hybrid or fully office-based schedule
