Job description
Established behavioral health clinic in Southeastern Pennsylvania is actively seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for its Adult Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)!
Highlights:
- Full-time Medical Director position overseeing the Adult Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
- 100% on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule.
- Combination of clinical leadership and patient care responsibilities.
- Adult patient caseload of approximately 16 patients per day.
- Responsibilities include:
- Clinical oversight of inpatient and PHP services
- Direct patient evaluations and treatment
- Treatment planning and multidisciplinary team participation
- Program leadership and quality initiatives
- Supervision of PMHNPs
- Opportunity to lead an established behavioral health program within a collaborative care environment.

Requirements:
- Board Certified Psychiatrist with experience in inpatient behavioral health settings.
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or medical director experience preferred.
- Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure.
- Strong commitment to quality patient care and program development.
