Job description
This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who wants a primarily child and adolescent-focused outpatient practice with the flexibility to see other age groups depending on comfort level and clinic need.
Compensation includes a $300K base salary plus uncapped incentive potential. The base provides stability, while the incentive structure gives physicians the ability to increase earnings based on productivity.
This is a strong fit for someone who wants established patient demand, clinical support, administrative infrastructure, and the ability to stay busy without the operational headaches of running a private practice.
Job Responsibilities
Treat child and adolescent patients as the primary population
See additional age groups if clinically appropriate and aligned with provider preference
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with therapists, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff
Support continuity of care through appropriate follow-up and documentation
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Participate in a structured, team-based outpatient model
Provide quality care in a setting with established patient demand
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Child & Adolescent Psychiatry training strongly preferred
Active or eligible Florida medical license
Comfortable treating child and adolescent patients
Open to outpatient medication management
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable working in a busy outpatient setting
Addiction, dual diagnosis, or broader lifespan experience is a plus

Located in the Tampa / Wesley Chapel, FL area
In-person outpatient role
