A well-established healthcare organization in Meadville, Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join its behavioral health team.

Compensation is expected to be in the $300K+ range, with additional earning potential and a competitive physician benefits package.
Job Responsibilities
Treat patients across a behavioral health setting, with potential outpatient and/or inpatient responsibilities
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with therapists, APPs, primary care providers, nursing staff, and other clinical team members
Support continuity of care for patients requiring ongoing psychiatric treatment
Participate in care coordination, documentation, and clinical case discussions
Maintain a patient-centered, compassionate approach to behavioral health care
Contribute to the long-term growth and stability of the psychiatric program
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active or eligible Pennsylvania medical license
DEA registration required
Comfortable treating adult psychiatric patients
Experience with inpatient, outpatient, or community-based psychiatry preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Must be interested in a long-term opportunity in Meadville, PA
