Our clinics offer a supportive, patient-centered environment and deliver cutting-edge therapies, including ketamine infusion therapy, Spravato, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), alongside traditional psychiatric care. We are committed to innovation, clinical excellence, and improving patient outcomes.
The Psychiatric Medical Director is a hybrid clinical and leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while providing strategic and clinical oversight within the region. This position will lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise advanced practice providers (APPs), and represent Client within the broader provider community.
Over time, the role will evolve to focus more heavily on leadership, supervision, and program development.
What Success Looks Like:
Delivering high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care with strong clinical outcomes
Building and leading a cohesive, high-performing clinical team
Ensuring consistent clinical excellence through supervision and case review
Expanding access to innovative treatments such as TMS, Spravato, and ketamine therapy
Establishing strong relationships within the local healthcare community
Supporting the growth and reputation of Client in the region
How This Role Fits Within the Organization:
The Psychiatric Medical Director plays a critical role in shaping clinical quality and operational success within the region. As both a provider and leader, this position bridges patient care and organizational strategy—ensuring that Client’s innovative treatment model is delivered effectively while supporting growth, compliance, and team development.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary
Health insurance and Health Savings Account (HSA)
401(k) with company matching
Paid time off
Professional development and continuing education support
Collaborative and mission-driven work environment
