Seeking BC/BE Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for inpatient psychiatric hospital near Knoxville, Tennessee
Position Highlights:
Inpatient-only psychiatric practice
Monday through Friday schedule
Leadership role overseeing clinical operations and program development
Established behavioral health program serving adolescents and adults
Planned expansion to include younger children’s services
Multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, therapists, and discharge planners
Integrated inpatient and outpatient care coordination
Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient psychiatric care
Lead clinical team and oversee program quality and outcomes
Develop and implement treatment protocols and initiatives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team
Support continuity of care with outpatient services
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
Leadership experience preferred
Active Tennessee license or ability to obtain
