Location: Georgetown, DE – Dover 40m
Full-time; Permanent
Overview:
* Practice Setting: Inpatient psychiatry
* Patients per Day: ~18
* Monday–Friday day schedule
* No regular call or weekend shifts required
* Phone call coverage:1 weekend per month andWeekly phone call rotation

Clinical Details:
* 100% inpatient, on-site role (no telehealth)
* 99-bed behavioral health facility
* Team includes: 2 psychiatrists, 3 APPs + per diem pool and Per diem psychologists
* EMR: Wellsky
* Patient population includes: Anxiety disorders, Affective disorders, Personality disorders, Developmental disorders, Psychotic disorders, Substance use disorders and Trauma-related disorders

Skills Required:
* Inpatient psychiatric care
* Pharmacotherapy management
* Management of involuntary commitments
* Diagnosis and treatment of complex psychiatric conditions

Requirements:
* Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Psychiatry (within 5 years of residency)
* Active Delaware license or willing to obtain
* DEA and CSR/CDS (prior to start)
* BLS certification
* NPDB Self-Query within 30 days of presentation
* Clean malpractice and background history
* Must be interested in permanent placement (no locums)
