Job Responsibilities
Monthly progress note on patients describing changes in in mental status, behavior and psychoparmacotherapy.
Review of seclusion and restraints at least twice a month.
Qualifications
Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate
Current DEA certificate
Experience working with psychiatric patients
