• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adult Psychiatrist to join a well-established, multidisciplinary behavioral health practice.
• This hybrid role offers a combination of in-person and remote work, providing flexibility and strong work-life balance.
• The practice delivers comprehensive psychiatric care with a focus on individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work alongside a collaborative team of psychiatrists, therapists, psychologists, and advanced practice providers.
• Opportunity to engage in advanced/interventional psychiatry treatments such as TMS and Spravato (preferred).

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating therapy, medication, and lifestyle strategies
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and e-prescribing
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed or currently completing Psychiatry residency
• Active Massachusetts Medical License (Required)
• Valid DEA Registration
• Interest or experience in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato preferred)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
Working Hours
• Flexible schedule (Hybrid model)
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities
Skills
• Proficiency in EMR and e-prescribing systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Compassionate and non-judgmental patient care approach
• Experience across a broad range of psychiatric conditions
