Salary and Benefits
Salary: $250,000–$270,000 (commensurate with experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 total ($5,000 after orientation, $5,000 after one year)

Responsibilities
Provide culturally sensitive, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and children
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, crisis assessment, and supportive therapy
Develop individualized treatment plans addressing mental health and substance use needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver integrated, outcome-focused services
Support and guide clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and best practices
Participate in administrative meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic planning
Supervise or mentor health professionals as needed

Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Active Colorado medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Prescriptive authority in Colorado and ability to obtain DATA 2000 waiver within six months
Minimum of two years of relevant psychiatric treatment experience
Current Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records
