Job Title: Full-Time Clinical Psychiatrist (Hybrid) – Up to $490K+
Overview:
Join a premier healthcare team as a full-time Clinical Psychiatrist, offering a highly rewarding opportunity at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. This hybrid role combines in-person and telehealth services, providing you with flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and leadership pathways. - MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative care approach
- Experience with medically complex or hospitalized patients preferred
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Board-certified or eligible in Psychiatry
- Prior experience with inpatient consults or outpatient management
- Experience working with patients coping with trauma, chronic illness, or complex diagnoses
Other Requirements:
- Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one
- License and certification requirements as per internal job description
Compensation and Benefits:
- Up to $490,000+ annually (includes base salary, signing bonus, retention bonus, productivity incentives, supervision stipends, equity grant)
- No on-call requirements, ensuring predictable hours and personal time
- Three weeks of paid vacation
- Signing and retention bonuses
- Productivity incentives for collections beyond baseline
- Optional stipends for supervising psychiatric nurse practitioners
