Annashae is seeking 2 full-time Clinical Psychiatrists to join a forensic inpatient program in Trenton, NJ. This role offers a weekday schedule, competitive hourly compensation, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary treatment team.
The role will initially start as a 1099 independent contractor position, with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent role with benefits
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including review of medical history, psychological testing, and diagnostic results.
- Diagnose mental health conditions and provide treatment through medication management and therapeutic interventions.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests as needed to support clinical care.
- Ensure psychiatric care is provided in compliance with clinical standards, accreditation requirements, and legal mandates.
- Participate in medical staff meetings, case conferences, and continuing medical education activities
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Psychiatry or Board Eligible
- Valid DEA Registration and New Jersey Controlled Substance License (CSL) or ability to obtain
