Locums Psychiatrist, Child / Adolescent - IN
*Indiana License, Board Certification Required
*Fellowship Required
*Outpatient - No Call
*Reason for Coverage - Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search
*EMR - EPIC
*Date of Need: 4/18/22- 9/16/22; could be ongoing depending on when permanent provider in place
*No weekends or after-hours call
*# patients/day - depends on mix of intakes vs. follow-ups
*Intakes: 45 min-1 hr; follow-ups - 30 min
*In-person is preferred, but not required
*Full multi-disciplinary staff of MDs, NPs, RNs, MAs, therapists, social work, BH specialists, pharmacy are available
**Covid vaccination is required**
