Aya Healthcare is seeking a part-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for a locum tenens assignment covering the Psych ED at Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford, CT.
• Children's hospital with Level I-IV pediatric trauma designation
• Always paired with a PMHNP; rarely more than 10 patients per day
• Patients ages 3-21 (primarily 6-18); no call
• Flexible 8-hour day shifts with flexible hours
• Anticipated start January 2027

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat children and adolescents ages 3-21
• Partner with a PMHNP on each shift
• Manage a caseload of up to approximately 10 patients per day
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of inpatient psychiatry or Psych ED experience
• Connecticut license preferred or IMLC license; willing to license
• DEA required
