Aya Healthcare is seeking a full-time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for a locum tenens assignment at Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford, CT, covering the Consult & Liaison service and the Integrated Medical Psychiatry Unit.
• Children's hospital and pediatric trauma center setting
• Consult service: 5-15 patients per day; Integrated Med Psych Unit: 4-10 patients per day
• Paired with psychology on C&L and with a PMHNP on the unit; oversees residents/fellows
• Patients ages 3-21 (primarily 6-18); no call required
• Anticipated start date January 2027
• Children's hospital and pediatric trauma center setting

Job Responsibilities
• Care for patients on the Integrated Medical Psychiatry Unit
• Collaborate with psychology and PMHNP colleagues
• Supervise residents and fellows
• Treat patients ages 3-21
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of inpatient psychiatry or Psych ED experience
• Connecticut license heavily preferred or IMLC licensure accepted (willing to license)
• DEA required
