Aya Healthcare is seeking a Child/Adolescent Psychiatry physician for a full-time Locum Tenens opportunity on the Consult & Liaison service and Integrated Med Psych Unit at Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford, CT. Start date 1/4/2027.
- Children's hospital and pediatric trauma center in Hartford, CT
- Consult service 5-15 patients per day; Integrated Med Psych Unit 4-10 per day
- Patient population ages 3-21 (primarily 6-18)
- Paired with psychology or PMHNP; no call
Job Responsibilities
• Consult service: 5-15 patients per day; Integrated Med Psych Unit: 4-10 patients per day
• Treat patients ages 3-21 (primarily 6-18); oversee residents/fellows
• Work with psychology (C&L) and PMHNP (integrated unit); no call
Qualifications
• At least 1-3 years of inpatient Psych or Psych ED experience
• Connecticut license required (IMLC accepted); willing to license
• DEA required
