Aya Healthcare is seeking a Child/Adolescent Psychiatry physician for a part-time Locum Tenens opportunity in the Psychiatric ED at Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford, CT. Start date 1/4/2027.
- Children's hospital and pediatric trauma center in Hartford, CT
- Always paired with a PMHNP; rarely more than 10 patients per day
- Patient population ages 3-21 (primarily 6-18)
- No call; flexible part-time scheduling
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat children and adolescents ages 3-21 (primarily 6-18)
• See up to approximately 10 patients per day, always paired with a PMHNP
• No call requirements
Qualifications
• At least 1-3 years of inpatient Psych or Psych ED experience
• Connecticut license required (IMLC accepted); willing to license
• DEA required
