Coverage: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only | No Call
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Inpatient Psychiatry
EMR: Epic
Patient Volume: 14–16 patients/shift
Clinical Details:
- Inpatient psychiatric care, medication management, and treatment plan development
- Collaborate with treatment teams, pharmacy, and hospital staff
- NP support available
- Manage a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses and age groups
- Supervision of APPs required
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Georgia license required
- BLS and ACLS required
- Prior inpatient psychiatry experience required
- Child & Adolescent Psychiatry board certification preferred
- 3+ years of inpatient psychiatry experience preferred
