Job description
Anadarko Indian Health Clinic in Anadarko, OK, near Oklahoma City, seeks a well-qualified Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist for an ongoing 1099/locums assignment, ideally for 1 year+, ongoing, starting as soon as credentialed.
- May be hybrid, with at least 50% of time spent on site.
- Clinic hours: 8 – 4:30p/5p
- Patient Volume: 12-16 per day
- New patients have 1 hour visit
- Medication management, etc. visits are 30 minutes
- Scope of care: Adverse Childhood events, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, some help with autistic children needing psych coverage, Bulimia, Anorexia as outpatients typically after inpatient treatment in OKC , occasionally crisis intervention( self harm)
- Social workers and behavioral techs for support
- Transitioning to Cerner EHR, with Dragon for Dictation
- 60-day credentialing timeframe

Qualifications
-BE/BC in Psychiatry with a focus on/training in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
-Must have completed at least 5 years of work experience post residency with at least 2 years treating Pediatric patients
-Current, Unrestricted License to practice medicine in the United States
-BLS/ACLS
