Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible psychiatrist with experience treating children and adolescents

• Child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship training is preferred but not required

• Experience treating children is required

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available

• Schedule to be discussed based on availability and coverage needs

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care on a 14-bed child and adolescent unit within a larger hospital

• Provider is expected to manage the child and adolescent unit independently, without dedicated APP support when covering only that unit

• Full-time providers should be willing to cover adult patients when the child and adolescent census is low

• Part-time providers assigned exclusively to the child and adolescent unit would not be expected to cover adult units

• APP support available when managing the child and adolescent unit along with other units

• Shared telephone call responsibilities among all providers at the site

• Specific patient age range, typical census, and call frequency to be confirmed
