Job description
We are seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team for a residential facility in Tacoma, WA to treat adult patients with common behavioral health concerns. This full-time role offers flexibility of a four- or five-day workweek, no call or weekends required, and boasts low volumes with dedicated admin time.
- M-F schedule; 4x10 or 5x8 options
- No call or weekends
- Only 12-15 patients per day
- Dedicated admin time
- Tenured, interdisciplinary support team
- Salary greater than 50th MGMA; no production minimums

Qualifications
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in any state.
