Are you a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist looking for a unique opportunity to practice cutting-edge, brain health-focused psychiatry with real flexibility and strong earning potential?
An innovative, cash-based psychiatric practice is actively expanding its Chicago team and seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join them.
This practice takes an integrative approach to mental health, combining traditional psychiatric care with brain SPECT imaging to better understand and treat conditions in children and teens, such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and autism spectrum concerns. Families travel from across the country and internationally to receive this specialized, whole-brain approach to care for their children.
Position Details
- Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000
- Schedule: Hybrid. 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
- Setting: Outpatient
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents, with new patient visits typically scheduled for 90 minutes to allow for thorough assessment
- Utilizing brain SPECT imaging as part of a whole-person, brain health-focused treatment approach tailored to young patients
- Providing ongoing psychiatric care and medication management, with follow-up visits allowing adequate time for meaningful family engagement (no rushed 15-minute med checks)
- Treating a wide range of childhood and adolescent conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, autism, and behavioral concerns
- Partnering closely with parents and caregivers as part of the treatment process
- Working with a diverse, international patient population
- Collaborating with a supportive clinical and administrative team, including dedicated personal support staff
