Looking for a Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist or General Psychiatrist with completed CAP Fellowship for locums in San Francisco to start as soon as credentialed.
Job Responsibilities
Rounding
Ages - Adolescents
Qualifications
Board-Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) or Board-Certified in General Psychiatry with completed CAP Fellowship.
Working Hours
Weekdays - 8:00AM - 5:00PM On-Site
Weekday Call - 5:00PM - 8:00AM
Weekends - Generally 6 hours of rounding starting at 8:00AM. Once finished, on call until 8:00AM the following day.
Skills
Experience in managing challenging behaviors in adolescent patients, utilizing therapeutic interventions and e-escalation techniques.
Ability to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, a collaborating with a mulit-disciplinary team and collaborate with parents/guardians.
Experience in administering and managing psychiatric medications in children and adolescents.
