We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a well-established, multi-state behavioral health organization dedicated to delivering high-quality psychiatric care across a full continuum of services.
This role offers flexible scheduling options and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment focused on improving outcomes for children, adolescents, and their families.
The Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning across multiple levels of care within adolescent behavioral health services.
Clinical settings include:
Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry
Residential Treatment Facility (RTF)
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Job Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Patient Management:
Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric treatment
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to children and adolescents
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, social workers, and care coordinators
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Ensure coordinated, patient-centered care across all levels of service
Documentation & Quality Care:
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcome measures
Contribute to program development and evidence-based care standards
Clinical Leadership:
Provide guidance and oversight to support best practices in adolescent behavioral health
Promote collaboration and clinical excellence across care teams
Support continuity of care across inpatient, residential, PHP, and IOP programs
Qualifications
Required:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active or eligible Florida medical license
Current DEA registration
Strong commitment to child, adolescent, and family mental health care
Preferred:
Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Prior experience in inpatient, residential, PHP, or IOP settings
Experience working within multidisciplinary behavioral health teams
