We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry physician for a locum tenens position in Missoula, MT. This inpatient hospitalist model opportunity provides psychiatric evaluation and management for children and adolescents at a Level 2 trauma center. Please see below for more information.
12 inpatient beds
Trauma Level 2
EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Perform initial and follow-up psychiatric evaluations for pediatric and adolescent patients
Manage acute psychiatric crises and admissions
Provide inpatient psychiatric management and treatment planning
Provide weekend night call coverage as needed
Qualifications
Montana State License or IMLC
DEA
Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship preferred
Working Hours
Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (10-hour days) + weekend night call
7 days on / 7 days off hospitalist model
