Our client is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for children and adolescents (birth–17).

This is a structured, developmentally informed, family-centered care model supported by an interdisciplinary team in a stable outpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on DSM-5-TR criteria
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, families, and community providers
• Review and authorize treatment plans to ensure medical necessity
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation within the electronic health record
• Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation
• Provide cross-coverage for prescribing staff as needed

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Completion of ACGME-accredited General Psychiatry residency
• Completion of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)
• Active NH license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration

Working Hours

Full-Time (35–40 hours/week)
Hybrid flexibility (example: 3 days onsite / 1 remote depending on schedule) but very flexible and open to this.

Part-Time
Onsite only, based on physician availability
