OUTPATIENT CHILD & ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY

Compensation & Benefits:
- Two compensation tracks:
- Salary Model: $267,000–$323,000
- At-Risk Production Model: $275,000–$333,000 (typically higher earning potential)
- At-Risk model includes Phase 1 enhanced base for 9–12 months to build caseload
- NP collaboration stipend: $1,000 per quarter per NP (up to 6 NPs)
- Commencement Bonus: $2,500 at start and $2,500 at 6 months

- Fully covered malpractice insurance
- AACAP membership paid if participating in partner program
- CME: $2,500 annually + 40 hours CME PTO (unused CME paid out in cash)
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO required
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry OR General Psychiatry with strong CAP experience
- Licensure: Must be able to obtain a Missouri license
- DEA licensure required
