OUTPATIENT CHILD & ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY

Kansas City, MO

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Two compensation tracks:
    • Salary Model: $267,000–$323,000
    • At-Risk Production Model: $275,000–$333,000 (typically higher earning potential)
  • At-Risk model includes Phase 1 enhanced base for 9–12 months to build caseload
  • NP collaboration stipend: $1,000 per quarter per NP (up to 6 NPs)
  • Commencement Bonus: $2,500 at start and $2,500 at 6 months
  • BCBS health insurance
  • Dental, vision, life/AD&D, and short-term disability (covered)
  • Optional long-term disability
  • Fully covered malpractice insurance
  • AACAP membership paid if participating in partner program
  • CME: $2,500 annually + 40 hours CME PTO (unused CME paid out in cash)

Qualifications:

  • Degree: MD or DO required
  • Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry OR General Psychiatry with strong CAP experience
  • Licensure: Must be able to obtain a Missouri license
  • DEA licensure required
